📦 Shipping for Physical Products

• We ship all physical orders within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location in India.

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking information provided by email or WhatsApp.

• Prepaid orders only are eligible for shipping. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Please ensure your address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

• Once an order is shipped, the delivery cannot be redirected or cancelled.

🧾 Shipping Charges

• Flat rate shipping may apply based on the product or total cart value.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

📲 Shipping for Digital Products

• All digital products (eBooks, downloadable content, access codes) are delivered instantly via email or your MC GROUP account dashboard.

• No physical shipping is involved for digital items.

• If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

❌ Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it:

• Contact our support team within 48 hours.

• We will assist you in verifying and resolving the issue with the courier partner.
