At MC GROUP, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product you purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for digital and physical products.

📲 Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

• All sales of digital products (eBooks, downloadable files, activation codes, software, or digital content) are final.

• Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

• We do not offer refunds for:

  • Download issues caused by customer error

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind after purchase

📦 Physical Products (Refundable on Prepaid Orders Only)

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Refund Conditions:

• The item is prepaid (Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds)

• A refund request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, in original packaging, and not damaged by the customer

• The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong product sent)

❌ Ineligible for Refund:

• Opened or used products

• Requests made after 7 days

• Products returned without original packaging

🔁 How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at mcgroupasset@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for refund.

2. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

To support refund or return claims for damaged/wrong items, please record a video while unboxing your parcel.

🔄 Replacement Option

In some cases (e.g. damaged or wrong product), we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
