🛑 Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products:
  All purchases of digital products (including eBooks, downloadable codes, software, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

• Physical Products:
  Cancellations for physical products are only allowed before the order is shipped.
  Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

🔁 Return Policy

• Digital Products:
  Due to the nature of digital goods, returns and exchanges are not permitted once the item has been delivered or accessed.

• Physical Products:

  • Returns are accepted only on prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer must ship the item back at their own cost unless the product is defective or wrong.

• Please record a video while opening your parcel to support claims of damage or wrong item.

• We reserve the right to deny any return if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
